This is one of my regular lunch spots since I moved out to Bolingbrook. The owner knows my name when I call and my order. 3.75 would be the perfect rating, because its good enough.
BEST CHINESE FOOD PLACE EVER!!!!! The people who run the business are so kind and make sure your food is made fresh and quick! I am so delighted every time I come here and will never be going anywhere else! Their CRAB RAGOONS ARE AMAZING. 10/10 recommend this place!
Huge huge portions and excellent value. An extra-large portion size which cost about $12 can feed four people easily here. I got the shrimp fried rice, crab rangoons, and the vegetable rolls. The shrimp fried rice was pretty good,I asked her to make it extra spicy but it wasn't that spicy. The crab rangoons and vegetable rolls were not the best i had. It doesn't look like their vegetable rolls are fresh, because I saw a huge tray with about 50 of them just sitting there , and ours didn't taste too fresh either. The food tastes fine the next day, however i wouldn't keep it longer than that. Nothing against Golden Gate, this rule applies to all Chinese fried rice meals. This is not a dine in place, strictly take out. It really looks like carry out place you expect to see in Chicago.
